Since I discovered Quinoa I have I have been trying to incorporate more of it in my diet, it tastes so good and its high in protein..bonus! I had a real craving for paprika Pringles a few days ago (old habits die hard) and inspiration hit. i picked up some paprika spice at the market and made this paprika chicken which, though I say myself.. was so yummy 🙂
Again this is a very easy meal to make, simply place the chicken in an oven proof bag with the paprika and bake until fully cooked. Then wash and boil the quinoa and vegetables and serve!
